Track Your Order

When your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email to the address used at checkout. It contains your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel with the carrier (USPS or UPS).

How to track your order

1. Use your shipping email: open the shipping confirmation email from Tefflor and click the tracking link.
2. Use your account: if you checked out with an account, sign in to your account to view your orders and their status.
3. Ask us: email support@tefflor.co or call +1 321-359-5305 with your order number and we will send you the latest tracking update.

Delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within 7–10 business days. Tracking can take up to 24–48 hours to show movement after your shipping email is sent. See our Shipping Policy for details.
