Orders placed on a business day (Monday to Friday) before 12:00 PM EST enter processing the same business day. Your order is processed, packed and handed to the carrier within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Once your parcel is with the carrier, delivery takes 6-8 business days (Monday to Friday) to your address in the United States. Handling time (1-2 business days) plus transit time (6-8 business days) gives a total estimated delivery time of 7-10 business days from placing your order to delivery.
We ship with USPS and UPS. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you receive a shipping confirmation email at the address you used at checkout. That email contains your tracking number and a tracking link so you can follow your parcel online.

Returns and exchanges
You can return an item within 30 days of delivery. The 30 days start on the day your order is delivered to you, as shown in the carrier's tracking.
To start a return, email us at support@tefflor.co with your order number, the item you would like to return and the reason for your return. Please only send a parcel back once we have confirmed your return authorization by email.
Returned items must be new, unworn and unwashed, with the original tags attached and in the original packaging.
